Soft Skills Development Sessions

  • Can you share some of your success stories? Our coaches are all professional US based guidance counselors who have each worked with more than 1500 students with a 90% overall success rate of students being accepted into college. They have working relationships with the admissions officers at many top US Universities and Colleges. They are up to date on current trends in American higher education and have a good idea of what US Universities and Colleges are looking for. They care very much about the students with whom they work. They are not happy getting their students into any random college; their goal is to match each student with the RIGHT college.
  • Is the online advisor model less effective than meeting in person? Will there be someone in China to help with coordination and communication? inCAP will have local partners in China who will assist with administration and intake, but we recognize that the people who best understand the American college application process are experienced, American guidance counselors who live in the United States. The online advisor model is the only way to have access to these genuine, US-based, US-trained, experienced guidance counselors. As such, the online model is the best way to provide this communication.

  • When should we begin the inCAP program? At inCAP, we believe 9th grade is the best time to begin the process to prepare students for studying in the United States. This gives us time to work with students during the preparation phase of the process to help them to be strategic in selecting classes and participating in extracurricular activities that will help them when they are ready to complete the college applications. This time in the preparation phase will also build students to be well prepared when they come to the US for college.
